Collector Systems LLC is a provider of collections management database software and accompanying services. The company supplies hundreds of premium accounts to private collectors, corporations with art collections, and other individuals involved in the art field. These accounts give the user first-class tools that eliminates the need to purchase, download or install hardware and security services. Founded in 2003, Collector Systems is privately held and headquartered in New York City.


Eric Kahan is a co-founder of Collector Systems. He guides the strategic direction of the company. He is also responsible for day-to-day operations of this unique, fast-growing company.

Mr. Kahan joined Elizabeth Goldfeder at Goldfeder\Kahan Framing Group in 1988. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of fine art, photography and software systems engineering, together they transformed the company into the foremost archival frame and restoration business.



Elizabeth Goldfeder co-founded Collector Systems with Eric Kahan. Her customer-focused vision defines the spirit of this company. Ms. Goldfeder has increased the company's presence in the fine art community by bringing comprehensive, simplified, web-based art management tools to collectors and high net worth individuals.

Elizabeth Goldfeder founded the preeminent archival framing and art documentation business in 1986 that became Goldfeder\Kahan Framing Group, Ltd. (www.gkframing.com). As an innovative leader for the last 20 years in archival framing, Ms. Goldfeder ensures that her high standards and firm commitment to customer service are the guiding philosophy for the business practice of Collector Systems.



Christian Devita is responsible for driving the vision of Collector Systems research and development activities as well as helping coordinate corporate-wide engineering projects.

Christian has a B.A.S. in Bio-Medical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He created the core technology behind Collector Systems and directs all activities related to the infrastructure and information security. His focus on the design of integrated strategies, process and architecture ensures excellence in running a world-class application.



Kathryn Osborn's responsibilities include assessing and implementing documentation protocols for new cataloging projects. She liaises with our sales and IT staff to provide superior customer service.

Kathryn joined the CS team in 2007. She holds a Masters in Ancient History from St. Andrews University in Scotland, a Masters in Archaeolgy from University College of London, and Advanced Certificate in Museum Studies from New York University.



Meghan Goldmann supervises all art conservation and restoration projects. Goldmann is a field operator on site consultations and contributes in invaluable ways to the archival framing process. She has consulted and assisted the tech team with the architecture of the conservation application.

Goldman has a BS in Chemistry and Art History from DePaul University, Chicago and an MA in Art History and Conservation from The Institute of Fine Arts, New York University. She has worked in Paper Conservation departments at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and was a Sherman Fairchild Post-Graduate Fellow at the Thaw Conservation Center, Pierpont Morgan Library.

 



Sarah Joyce's responsibilities include coordination with the field operations managers providing critical conservation framing assessment and documentation skills. Sarah is the production liaison for Goldfeder/Kahan Framing and in this capacity oversees all Collector Systems clients' projects. Ms. Joyce has a B.F.A. in Studio Art from Alfred University.
